On the left is a floating fuel station, or fuel dock, in the harbor. Boats of all sizes tie up and fill their tanks there. In the background on the right is a hotel overlooking the harbor. The long aluminum boat near the center is a small landing craft.
A seine skiff has a center steering console, with controls for steering and throttle as well as the tilt of the outboard. The vertical stand in front of the outboard is for connecting to the net (seine) when towing it. There are often bumpers circling the outer edge of the skiff.
